Quick Fix Joe offers a variety of handyman services, including but not limited to:

Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the final cost.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the worksite and ensuring that the area is free from hazards. Any necessary permits or approvals must be obtained by the client prior to the commencement of work.
Warranties and Guarantees
Quick Fix Joe guarantees that all work will be performed in a professional manner. Any issues arising from our workmanship reported within 30 days will be addressed at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
Quick Fix Joe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
Amendments
Quick Fix Joe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to their next service appointment.
